What are Closing Time-Frames for

This is one of our most common questions…How long will it take for me to get my money? Simple. The title company will open escrow immediately after all parties have signed the contract. Typically we all sign the closing documents within 14 days from that point. If you’ll bring a copy of a voided check to closing, the escrow officer (Cathy Rolfe), will wire you your funds within 4 hours after we have all signed. We already know that you need to sell your land fast, that’s why we close on your time-frame without you having to lift a finger.

A Local, Investor Friendly Title Company Is Very Important
The reason why we think it’s so important to work with an investor friendly title company is because many times a local, cash, land investor may have tighter closing time-frames to meet, that more traditional land buyers don’t need.
